Mustangs LL Bantam 2 brings home gold from Pennsylvania tournament

Gold medals - The Mustangs LL Bantam 2 team brought home gold medals from the 26th Annual Sarah Backstrom tournament in Erie Pennsylvania on Feb. 9.
“The girls represented Mustangs and Canada well in a hard fought weekend that they’ll remember forever,” officials say. “The team also thanks Red Brick Real Estate in Fergus for providing custom jerseys, B.C Construction in Arthur for their sponsorship and the residents of Fergus and Arthur who donated to our bottle drive.”
Players include, Carleigh Hall, Ciara Hayne, Angelina Gemin, Fiona Gillies, Abby Knight, Keira Boyd, Violet Parkinson, Jessica Couling, Nerissa Bradley, Adrianna Gemin, Macy Doran and Ava Moyer. The head coach is Ben Brideau, asstant coaches are Jeff Gemin and Dan Gillies, and the trainer is Kelly Knight.
