Music centre announces wind or brass scholarship
The Guelph Youth Music Centre has announced a Kiwanis Music Festival of Guelph scholarship.
The Guelph Orchestral Wind or Brass scholarship of $500 will be presented annually to a solo wind or brass participant in the Kiwanis Music Festival of Guelph who is also a current wind or brass member of the GYMC Youth Symphony.
The winner will be chosen by the solo brass and wind adjudicator of the Kiwanis Music Festival of Guelph.
Repertoire for the auditions can be picked up at the GYMC office. First auditions will take place on Sept. 3.
