Mulvey, James Gordon “Jim”; Peacefully with his family by his side at G.M.C.H. on Wednesday, August 8th. James Gordon Mulvey in his 78th year, beloved husband of Anne, loving father of Lisa (Dale) Beirnes, Kathy (Jim) Pronk of Fergus and Christina Sim of Binh Duong, Vietnam. Grandpa to Olivia and Evan Beirnes, Chantelle, Justin and Bronson Pronk. Dear brother of Sadie (Don) Watson of Elora, Ann (Jack) Goodall of Wingham, Bob (Carol) of Guelph and Linda Sinclair of Fergus. Brother-in-law to Shirley Mulvey of Fergus, Carol (Bob) Mulvey of Guelph, Mike Cushing of Toronto, Pat (Sylvia) Cushing of Fergus, Cheryl Cushing of Fergus, Tom (Mary) Cushing of Stratford and Jay (Debbie) Cushing of Stouville. Jim is also survived by mother-in-law Pearl Cushing. Jim will be remembered by several nieces, nephews and other family members. Predeceased by brother Jack Mulvey (2009) and brothers-in-law Chris Cushing (2004) and David Sinclair (2007). Son of the late Gordon and Edith Mulvey and son-in-law of the late Joseph Cushing jr. Visitation for Jim was on Friday, August 10th from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus. A private family funeral service will be held at a later date.
