ARTHUR – Caressant Care Nursing and Retirement Home in Arthur held a community engagement day on Sept. 13, during which Perth-Wellington MP John Nater presented a certificate of recognition to resident Olga Tombs, congratulating her on her 100th birthday.

When Nater asked Tombs for tips on living such a long and happy life, she replied, “breathing” – to much laughter from those in attendance.
