Mount Forest Lions host egg hunt for Easter
MOUNT FOREST – Mount Forest Lions Club members served hot dogs and cold water in return for food bank donations during the well-attended event.
Organizers report 3,000 plastic eggs were scooped up, 300 chocolate bunnies were redeemed and 200 hotdogs donated by Foodland generated $510 in cash donations to the foodbank.
Paw Patrol characters were on hand to pose for pictures with youngsters, including Ella, left, and Owen Saccoccia during an Easter egg hunt organized by the Mount Forest Lions Club at Campbell Devore Park on March 30.
