Mount Forest Horticultural Society's first flower show of the season
Flower show – The Mount Forest Horticultural Society held its May meeting and first flower show of the season on May 11. Guest speaker Brian Folmer of Folmer Landscaping and Garden Centre provided insight into spring blooming plants and the right plant for the right location and conditions. Plants were also available for sale and Folmer spent extra time to answer everyone’s gardening questions. “Anyone looking for some new and wonderful plants and planting knowledge should make a trip to his garden centre,” society officials urge.
