MONTGOMERY, Lawson - Peacefully at Hospice Wellington, in Guelph, with his family by his side on Wednesday December 23, 2015. Lawson Montgomery of Fergus, formerly of Erin, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Janette Montgomery (Wilson) for 53 years. Loving and devoted father of Laurie (Kevin), Kelly (Blaine), and Gary (Diane). Proud grandfather of Jordan, Brittany, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Ashley, and Nicole. Predeceased by his brother Bryan Montgomery. Rested at the Butcher Family Funeral Home 5399 (Main Street, South) Wellington Road # 52, Erin, where the Funeral Service was held on Tuesday December 29th at 11:00 am. With Rev. Jeff Davison officiating. Visitation on Monday evening from 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Wellington Hospice in Guelph, or Jump Start would be appreciated as expression of sympathy.
