Mitchell, Marjorie Isobel (nee Brown); of Listowel and formerly of Maryborough Township passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 15, 2012 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Merril J. Mitchell (1974). Loving mother of Ronald Mitchell and his wife Marguerite of Port Perry and Barbara Murray of Fergus. Dear grandmother of Robert and Audrey Mitchell of Port Perry, Michael and Stephanie Mitchell of Whitby and Gerald and Jennifer Mitchell of Janetville; Christine and Ryan McColl of Barrie and Greg and Darcy Murray of Fergus. Great grandmother of Merril, Lara, Wilfred, Miles, Alexis, Ava, Kayla, Teghan and Nolan. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Nellie Brown, twin brother in infancy, son-in-law Norman Murray, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Gerald and Mildred Mitchell, Norman and Grace Mitchell, Irene and Emerson Ivel and nephews James Ivel and Donald Mitchell. The family received friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Saturday, March 17, 2012. Rev. Kathy Morden conducted the Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 1pm followed by interment in Derryadd Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Derryadd Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
