MITCHELL, James Wesley Peacefully at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus, on Monday, August 28th, 2017. James Mitchell of Erin in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Vi (nee Haynes). Dear father of Monica (Angelo) Mellas of Ohio and Garrett (Nicole) Mitchell of Fergus. Cherished Papa of Gracie, Mark, James and Ryker. Dear brother of Betty-Mae (Wayne) Sutherland and Anne Marie (John) Ritchie. Predeceased by his parents Earl and Evaleen and his brother Melvin (Ann) Mitchell. James will be missed by all of the members of the Haynes and Mitchell families. The family received friends for Visitation at the Butcher Family Funeral Home, Main Street Erin on Wednesday, August 30th, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Donations may be made to Groves Memorial Community Hospital, 235 Union St. E., Fergus. The family would like to thank all of the wonderful Doctors and Nurses at Groves for their care and compassion.
