Mitchell enjoys 100th birthday at Donkey Sanctuary

PUSLINCH – Doreen Mitchell celebrated her 100th birthday at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada on June 23, the day before the Wellington Terrace resident turned 100. This was a part of the Wellington Wish Program that helps fulfil dreams and wishes for residents. The Donkey Sanctuary took Mitchell on a private tour, during which she got up close and personal and even got to cuddle Carmen the Donkey. The sanctuary also provided Mitchell with a birthday cake.
