Minto YAC host formal-wear swap event
Formal-wear swap – The Minto Youth Action Council held a formal-wear swap event aimed at making formal clothing accessible to youth in the community planning on attending graduation or prom events in the coming months. Dresses, dress pants and jackets were donated by members of the community and support for the April 20 event was so great organizers decided the clothing will remain at The Grove youth hub in Palmerston for the next several weeks for any youth who were unable to attend the event.
