Minto strategic discussion deferred as meeting minutes incomplete

Though there was quite a bit of discussion at a recent strategic plan oversight committee, further discussion at the council level had to be put on hold because of missing minutes.

That part of the minutes included reports of what various departments were undertaking to address strategic plan objectives.

Council chose to defer further discussion until those minutes are available to council members.
