Minto celebrates 25th anniversary of amalgamation
CLIFFORD – Clifford pulled out all the stops on July 13 for the Clifford Carnival Celebration, which recognized 25 years of amalgamation. Clifford, Harriston, Palmerston and Minto Township became the Town of Minto in 1999.
