The Minor Atom AA Fusion hosted the Dundas Blues on Oct. 23. Both teams battled hard throughout the contest.

Centre Wellington had its  chances but was unable to put one past the netminder.

Jacob Kurt was stellar in net, saving 20 quality scoring chances. Unfortunately the team came up short, losing 2-0.

On Oct. 25, the Fusion hosted Burlington and came out flying on a mission to revenge the loss two nights prior. Eddie MacDonald opened the scoring to lift the team. A few minutes later Brinley Wilson hammered the puck home with assists going to MacDonald and Liam McCracken. Burlington battled back and snuck one by the netminder. MacDonald found the back of the net again in the first with the assist going to Wilson.

In the second McCracken scored assisted by MacDonald. With Burlington pressing hard but Denver Feltham outskated the Burlington player on a breakaway to stop a scoring chance. The Fusion’s MacDonald hit mesh again to get the hat trick with the assist going to McCracken.

Owen Bright was a wall between the pipes as the Fusion team was victorious 5-3.
