Military training planned in Guelph area, Nov. 1 to 9
GUELPH - A notice from the Department of National Defence advises that personnel from Garrison Petawawa will be conducting training in the Guelph area from Nov. 1 to 9.
“Residents may notice military vehicles, uniformed military personnel with weapons and hear noises associated with explosives and personal weapons,” the notice says.
“All efforts will be made to ensure that disruption to the community will be at a minimum.”
