Meth dealers?
On March 30 at about 3pm, Wellington County OPP officers conducted a traffic stop on George Street South here.
Vassana Jittavong, 53, of North York, and Niphol Wiwitchai, 27, of Toronto, were charged with possession of methamphetamines for the purpose of trafficking.
Jittavong was also charged with nine counts of unauthorized possession of a credit card.
Both were held for bail.
