; June 12, 1934 - August 23, 2010. After a short illness in Fergus, Ontario at the age of 76. Much loved Mom to David, Bruce (Karen) and Ian Robertson and Jeanne (Andrew) Dalton. Nan to Christopher, Tom, Michael, Kelsey, Norman, Gary, Jackie, Stephanie, Nicolas and Jennifer. Remembered by her brothers Bob and Dick McLachlan. Will always be remembered by William Robertson. Predeceased by her sister Susan Kilborn. Thanks Mom for all the laughs and all the love. We will miss you always. Thank you to all the staff at Fergus Medical and to the kind nurses and Doctors at Groves Memorial Hospital. Friends were received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home and Chapel, 280 St. David St. South, Fergus on Friday, August 27th, 2010 from 11-1pm. A funeral service for Carol took place following the visitation at 1pm in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations to Groves Memorial Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
