McGonegal, June (Mary Joan) June passed away peacefully and on her own terms on Tuesday, July 18 2017 at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus, Ontario. Always loved wife of the late Darwin (2010). Devoted mother of Jan (Bob) Muir, Kate (Lyman) Smith, Colleen (2014), Bonnie Martin, Rod and Carm. Proud Grandma of Richard (Paula) Muir, Carolyn Muir (2000), Paul (Laura) Muir, Annica Smith, Ryan Smith, Evan Martin and Kyle Martin (Anet). Also survived by 7 great grandchildren and her brother Cecil (Jackie) Bradley and sisters Madeleine and Genevieve. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Barb and Edna McGonegal. As per June’s wishes, a private family service will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, Elora. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your charity of choice. Williams, Dr. Love and the incredible nurses at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus for their kindness and patience during her illness these past three weeks.
