McGinns" Big Game looking for sponsors
The inaugural McGinn brothers Big Game is being hosted by brothers Jamie, Tye and Brock McGinn in Fergus on Aug. 17.
The brothers, who have all played in the NHL, are looking for sponsors for the event, which is raising money for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington (BBBS) capital building fund.
The fund will help BBBS buy and operate its own building to bring numerous community programs under one roof, state officials.
The Big Game will kick off weekend celebrations for Riverfest Elora, which has committed to being a part of the event, officials say.
