McGarr, James Joseph (owner of McGarr Autobody for over 60 years); suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital on Monday, February 7, 2011. Jim McGarr, age 84 years, beloved husband of Doris M. (Dickieson) McGarr, for 63 years. Dear father of the late Norman (1985); Larry (Bev Ross); Cliff (Paula); and Andy all of Guelph and Deb (Tim Sibley) of Maryhill. Loved granpa of Chris; Kevin; Kimmy; Lesley; Laura; Dana; Daryl; Jason; Matthew; Julie and Rick and great granpa of 14. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral is on Friday morning, February 11th, to St. Joseph’s Church for Funeral Mass at 10am. Interment Marymount Cemetery. Vigil for Jim on Thursday afternoon at 3pm.
