MOUNT FOREST – Over 45 years ago, in an office with just one dental chair, Dr. Bob McFarlane opened the doors to his dental practice, which is now expanding to meeting growing demand.
In 1979, when dentistry could feel intimidating or impersonal, McFarlane focused on building relationships, taking time with every patient, and ensuring that care was not only high-quality but also compassionate, stated officials.
What began as a solo practice soon grew to include a team of hygienists, assistants and associates.
“Many patients who first walked through the door in the 1980s now bring their children, and even grandchildren for care,” officials stated.
“That multigenerational trust is a testament to the practice’s unwavering dedication.”
Dr. Jaspreet Dhillon and Dr. Andrew McFarlane now co-own the practice with Bob McFarlane, and they are set to construct a new facility.
“The new building will feature state-of-the-art equipment, additional services, increased appointment offerings and more patient requested changes all while maintaining the personalized, community-driven atmosphere that made the original office a success,” officials stated.
“We wouldn’t be here without the incredible support of our patients, staff and neighbours,” stated Dr. Bob McFarlane.
“This isn’t just a business; it’s a relationship with a community that has grown with us, believed in us, and made this journey possible.”
