Michel Noel of Guelph won a $333,333 MaxMillions prize in the Nov. 30 Lotto Max draw. “I enjoy playing Lotto Max and Lotto 6/49 – when the jackpot’s big, I buy a ticket,” said Noel. “This is my first big win!” Noel is a civil engineer and when he validated his ticket at the retailer, he was in disbelief after discovering his windfall. “I couldn’t believe it,” he said. The father of two plans on paying bills and investing. “I don’t know how I feel – I haven’t really digested it yet,” he said. The winning ticket was purchased at Globe Mags and Cigars on William Street in Ottawa.
