MATTHEWS, Donald Clarridge - Of Rockwood, passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital on Saturday, January 27 2018, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Ida E. Matthews (Aug 2016). Loved father of Randy, Terry (Marlene) and Brad (Heather Armstrong-Matthews). Loving grandfather of Taylor, Stephanie and Mackenzie. Dear brother of Joan Knight. Will be dearly missed by many relatives, friends and neighbours. Friends were received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 – 11 a.m. Funeral service was held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 11 a.m. Reception followed in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or Groves Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
