MARTIN, Henry W. Passed away peacefully on Saturday January 21, 2017 at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Selina (Weber) Martin of Floradale. Loving father of Miriam (Clare) Metzger of RR 2, Wallenstein, Willard (Saleda) of RR 2, Drayton, Irene (Earl) Gingrich of RR 2, Chesley, Paul (Salema) of RR 2, Wallenstein, Erma (Amsey) Bauman of RR 2, Dobbinton, and Mark (Verna) of RR 2, Alma. Loved grandfather of 49 grandchildren and 70 great-grandchildren. Survived by his sister Melinda Weber and brother Oscar (Maryann) Martin. He was predeceased by his first wife Florence (Bauman) Martin, parents Isaac and Rebecca (Weber) Martin, brother Aden Martin, and sisters Elvina (formerly Mrs. Isaac Martin) Brubacher and Almeda Martin. Friends called at the home of Mark and Verna Martin, 7275 Sideroad 19, RR 2, Alma, on Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 2-7 p.m. and on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 1-5 p.m. A family service was held at the home of Mark and Verna Martin on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 9 a.m., then to Creek Bank Mennonite Meeting House for interment and public service.
