Martin, Gordon Charles; Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 6th, in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Marj Martin of Arthur. Dear father of Carol (Dave) Howse of Arthur. Loving Papa of Alyssa and Nathan. Survived by brother Keith (Marilyn) Martin of Cambridge, sisters Bernice (Clayton) Ball of Mt. Forest and Marion (John) Graham of Grand Valley, sisters-in-law Joan (Brian) Aiken of Elora, Janet (John) Moynihan of Elora and brother-in-law Stewart (Gail) Robertson of Stratford. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Tom & Bessie Martin. They received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home, 243 George St. Arthur, on Sunday, February 10th, from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was held on Monday, February 11th from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 149 Frederick St. E., Arthur at 11a.m. Spring interment of cremated remains in Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. Remembrances to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Arthur, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
