Martin, Frances Mackenzie

; Of Elora, passed away April 25, 2010 in her 102nd year. Predeceased by her husband, William (1969).  Survived and fondly remembered by her nieces in Scotland and her nieces and nephews in Canada. She remained fiercely independent.  During World War II, she worked for the British Government; the subject of her work was never discussed. Interment has taken place in the Elora Cemetery. A memorial service will take place Friday, April 30th, at 1pm at the Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church St, Elora. Memorial gifts may be made to Knox Presbyterian Church, Elora, the Guelph Community Foundation for assistance to rural students or the charity of your choice.
