Mapleton’s 4-H club pasta project

MAPLETON – On Sept. 23 the club joined leader Lynne Flewwelling’s for the third 4-H meeting of the Mapleton Club’s Pasta project.

First they began with the 4-H pledge then Flewwelling’s talked about the plan for the night.

The club made pasta salad, cheeseburger pasta casserole and minestrone soup. They also discussed the nutritional value of pasta.

The meeting closed with the 4-H motto: “learn to do by doing.”
