Mapleton received funds through Safe Community Project Assist Program
Mapleton Township recently received a $5,000 contribution from Enridge Gas through the company’s Safe Community Project Assist Program, which was promoted through the Ontario Fire Marshal’s Public Safety Council.
Mayor Gregg Davidson and Fire Chief Rick Richardson presented the cheque for the funds, which will be used to offset training materials for National Fire Protection compliance, as well as fire prevention and education materials.
