Mapleton officials hand out 'Canada Day bags'
MAPLETON – Officials from Mapleton Township and Mapleton Fire Rescue teamed up to offer "Canada Day bags" for the July 1 holiday.
The bags include items and activities to “bring some fun to households across Mapleton,” said economic development and marketing coordinator Aly Cripps.
Township staff handed out bags to local residents at the Mapleton Township administration centre on Sideroad 16 on June 29 and 30 from 3:30 to 6pm.
