Mapleton 4-H Club continues pasta project
MAPLETON – Mapleton 4-H Club – Pasta Project
On Sept 30, Mapleton 4H joined at leader Lynne Flewwelling’s for its fourth 4-H meeting of the Mapleton Club’s Pasta project.
“First, we started with the 4-H Pledge, then Lynne talked about the plan for the night,” states press reporter Daniella Wilkinson.
“We made spinach ricotta canneloni and ravioli, with apple and cinnamon or basil and ricotta fillings.”
Everyone got a chance to make pasta from scratch.
Roll call for the meeting was “What is your favourite stuffed pasta.”
“We closed the meeting with the 4-H motto – Learn to do by Doing,” Wilkinson said.
