Man airlifted to hospital after fall down stairs
A man was seriously injured after a fall down a flight of stairs here recently.
On June 29 at about 5:30pm, emergency crews responded to a medical assistance call at the Mount Royal Tavern on Main Street South in Mount Forest.
Police say a 54-year-old man who fell down a set of stairs was transported to local hospital and then to a trauma centre by air ambulance.
The man’s condition was later downgraded from critical to stable. The incident is not considered suspicious, police say.
