Making apple cider at Elora’s Kitchen In the Park
ELORA – Elora’s Kitchen In the Park Project (KIPP) celebrated Culture Days on Oct. 5 by inviting people to bring their own apples and use the KIPP press to make their own cider.

Garett O’Brien, left, and Lauren Knapton strain the juice to remove sediment. KIPP also used its oven to bake up some apple pastries, which were available to the public in exchange for a donation.
