MAINLAND, Ray Wilson; Peacefully at Wellington Terrace Long Term Care Home, Fergus on Monday, October 31, 2016 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Daisy (nee Turner) Mainland of Fergus. Dear father of Mary (Gord) Dingman of Elora and Tom (Jill) Mainland of Kincardine. Cherished grandpa of Tara (Spencer) Mainland Tudor of Tiverton. Extra proud great grandpa of Bingham. Survived by sisters-in-law Velma Mainland of Stratford and Verna Mainland of Guelph. Predeceased by son Peter Mainland and brothers Leonard and James Mainland. To honour Ray’s wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel 243 George St., Arthur on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family funeral will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 and interment of cremated remains will be held at a later date. Remembrances to the Wellington Long Term Care Home would be greatly appreciated by the family.
