Mad Dogs trail Lucan in OMHA final
The Minto Mad Dogs Midget Rep team heads into the third weekend of its All-Ontario final with the Lucan Irish trailing two games to one.
Minto lost the first game of the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) ‘C’ final series on March 12 in Harriston by a 6-2 count.
Minto came back with a 2-1 victory on the road in game two on March 17.
Lucan won game three in Palmerston on March 19 by a 3-1 margin.
The series continues on March 25 in Lucan at 5:20pm and, if necessary, in Harriston at 2pm on March 26 and in Lucan at 7pm on March 28. The first team to six points wins the title.
