MACDOUGALL, Jean Ivy Kathleen (nee Kite) of Arthur passed away peacefully at the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Monday, October 19, 2015 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Herb MacDougall (1979). Much loved mother of Jean Evans of Port Elgin, Dan and Joyce MacDougall of Elora, Marilyn and Bud O’Donnell Arthur and Helen and Don Culp of Waterloo. Cherished grandmother of 11 grand and 19 great grandchildren. Sister of Doreen and Les Askey of England and Barbara Clarke of Australia.Predeceased by her parents Cyril and Laura Kite, brothers Alec and Lawrence Kite, son-in-law Dean Evans and parents-in-law Archie and Mary McDougall. To honour Jean’s wishes cremation has taken place.The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street, Arthur on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service of remembrance will be held in Grace Anglican Church, Arthur on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment in Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur.
