Long time curler recognized by Fergus Curling Club

George Thomas was presented with engraved glasses in thanks for all his time spent with the Men’s interclub on March 26. George joined the Fergus Curling Club in 1955 and was a member for 60 years. He has been an organizer and supporter of the Men’s Area Interclub since the early 1980s. George also represented the club in provincial finals for both Seniors and Masters competitions.
