Locals run well at OFSAA
Several Wellington County residents did well at the OFSAA (Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations) cross country running championships on Nov. 7, including:
- Elora’s Brock McKenzie, gold, midget boys;
- Elora’s Fiona Costello (47th place) and Taryn McManus (55th) helped Our Lady of Lourdes claim the bronze medal in the junior girls’ race; and
- the Centre Wellington District High School junior boys team finished fourth (Tyler Young, 15th place overall; Eric Morris 29th; Jake Cousineau 50th; Cole Newton 180th; and Ryan Thring 231st).
