Local photographer captures comet flyby
Comet flyby - Fergus photographer Josh Baxter captured this image of Comet Neowise behind the Fergus water tower on July 20. The comet was only discovered in March of this year and because of its close proximity to the sun, it was visible from Earth for only the month of July - and it won’t be back for over 6,000 years.
