Local girl raises funds for East Wellington Community Services
Cheque donation – Seven year-old Sofia Corrado has a very generous nature. The Erin Public School student wanted to make a difference in the community by doing something nice for less fortunate kids. During a recent garage sale, she sold some of her toys and personal items, including costumes and stuffed animals, and dropped off $125 in proceeds at the East Wellington Community Services office last Friday afternoon.
