Lobsterfest coming to Italian Canadian Club in Guelph Sept. 26
GUELPH – The Rotary Club of Guelph will hold its 46th annual Lobsterfest Gala on Sept. 26 at the Italian Canadian Club (135 Ferguson Street) in Guelph.
The event will feature a dinner of freshly prepared antipasto, all-you-can-eat East Coast lobster and ribs, wine, dessert, coffee and tea. A cash bar will also be available.
Doors open at 5:30pm, with dinner service beginning at 6:30pm. Guests are encouraged to attend in cocktail attire.
The evening will also include silent and live auctions featuring experience packages and local goods, a 50/50 draw and dancing until 11pm.
“Lobsterfest is a cornerstone tradition for our club, allowing us to combine a fantastic night out with essential fundraising,” said Guelph Rotary Club president Crista Renner.
“Every ticket purchased directly powers Rotary’s charitable projects and initiatives across Guelph, Wellington County, and countries abroad such as Uganda, Guatemala, Lesotho and others,” Renner added.
Individual tickets are $175 and reserved tables of 10 are available for $1,500.
The club says tickets have sold out in previous years and recommends purchasing early.
