Lindsay, James Alexander; On July 6th, 2012 at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus in his 89th year. Predeceased by his wife Mary Elizabeth (2005). Lovingly remembered by his children Rick (Sandy), Bruce (Betsy), Barb and Karen (Dave) Gaal. Gramps to Graeme (Julie), Colin, Cameron, Chantal and Alex. Great grandfather to Lila. Survived by sister Marg and niece Peggy. Predeceased by his sister Annie. Special thanks to Muriel Magee for her friendship and support of Dad over the past few years. Many thanks to the staff at Heritage River, Elora for their care and compassion during Dad’s stay. Also thanks to Dr.’s Beamish and McPhedran and the staff at Groves Memorial Hospital. Visitation was held on Thursday, July 12th, 2012 from 1:00-2:00pm at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus. A funeral service followed in the funeral home chapel at 2:00pm.
