Council is granting Bryan’s Farm Supply a variance under the township sign bylaw to allow a double-sided illuminated pylon sign at 4058 Highway 6.
During a recent council discussion, councillor Susan Fielding disclosed a pecuniary conflict of interest with respect to the item and refrained from discussions or voting.
Council granted approval for the sign which is to have a setback of 3.71 metres from the Highway 6 property limit and a maximum copy area on each side of 25.68 square metres.
