Leachman, Mildred “Millie” Ellen; suddenly at Groves Memorial in Fergus, on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Millie Greenaway of Fergus, formerly of Hillsburgh, in her 66th year. Beloved wife of John (Jack) Leachman. Loving mother of Leanne Donnelly and her husband Jason of Armstrong B.C., Robert (Bob) Leachman and his wife Krista of Fergus, and Bryan Leachman of Calgary, Alberta. Cherished Grandma of Joe, Jackson, Owen , and Dakota. Dear sister of Mae Metcalfe (Harvel) of Fergus. Predeceased by her brother Herb Greenaway. Survived by sister-in-law Grace Greenaway. The family received friends for visitation at the BUTCHER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 5399 Main St. South, Erin on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Service was held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Hillsburgh on Sunday, February 15 at 3pm with Rev. Reid Chudley officiating, Spring Interment, Coningsby Cemetery. If desired donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
