Lacrosse players win big
ELORA – Elora Mohawks lacrosse players have played on a many winning teams at the national level.
Mohawks player Peyton Drone was on the Team Ontario U15 boys field lacrosse team that won gold in the Canadian championship in Kelowna, B.C.
Mohawks players Riley Wood and Carter Billings were on a team that won the peewee championship at the Junior NLL tournament from Aug. 22 to 25 in Oakville.
