KIPP Elora offers training session Dec. 18
Things are heating up for the Kitchen in the Park Project (KIPP) located in Elora’s Bissell Park.
The KIPP Elora executive team is holding a training session on Dec. 18 at 12:30pm, to teach interested members of the community how to operate the pizza oven. Full training will include starting the fire, stoking it to maintain proper temperature and general usage.
Receiving KIPP training will allow groups, organizations and families to rent the ovens for future fundraisers, events and community gatherings. The training fee is $30 and will take a minimum of five hours. Participants are asked to bring a chair and a snack.
