KENNEDY, Douglas Findlay

KENNEDY, Douglas Findlay August 29, 1936 – June 25, 2017. Born in Toronto, Ontario to Jack and Eva Kennedy, passed away at Hospice Wellington with his family by his side. He leaves his wife of 56 years, Isabel (Towell) Kennedy; his sister Diane (Donnie) Kendall; his son Scott (Debbie) Kennedy of Chatsworth, ON; his daughter Andrea (Peter) Ventura of Toronto, ON; his daughter Kelly Offer of Fergus, ON; 8 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. He spent his final days in the loving care of the dedicated staff at Hospice Wellington to whom his family will be forever grateful. As per Doug’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. The family will hold a celebration of his life at the family home on Sunday July 16 from 2:00-4:00pm. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice Wellington 795 Scottsdale Drive, Guelph ON N1G 3R8.
