Kaufman receives Harris Fellowship

Paul Harris Fellow - Clifford Rotary Club president Trish Palmer, right, presented Sharon Kaufman with a Paul Harris Fellow award on June 4 while volunteering at the Rotary drive-thru chicken barbecue dinner in Clifford.

Palmer states, “While not a Rotarian herself, Sharon has volunteered at most of our fundraising events for many years and has also made and donated quilts to be raffled off as fundraisers at our annual bonspiels. She is also an enthusiastic member of the quilting group Sharing Our Faith which has sent quilts all over the world to places of need.”

Trish continues, “Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary in 1905 and awards are given out in his name to deserving individuals who have given generous support to Rotary. The Clifford Rotary Club certainly appreciates all the support that Sharon has given to us as a Friend of Rotary.”
