KAUFMAN, Irene of Clifford – passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Thursday, April 2, 2015 in her 86th  year. Merle Irene (Brears) Kaufman was the wife of the late Harvey Kaufman. Mother of Dennis Kaufman and his wife Sherry of Clifford, and mother-in-law of Brenda Kaufman-Binkley and her husband Gerry Binkley of Howick Township. She was predeceased by her son Randy Kaufman, by her brothers Arthur, William, and Gordon Brears; and by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Grandmother of Christine Kaufman and Todd Dermott of Barrie, Jessica Kaufman of Clifford, and Lisa Kaufman of Howick Township. Sister of Elizabeth Fischer of Kitchener, Earl Brears of Walkerton, Joan and Gerry Stockie of Kitchener, Jean Bignell of Kitchener, and Morley Brears of Newbridge. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends called at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service was held from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifford on Tuesday, April 7th at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.
