Junior Boys Volleyball Team wins D4 Championship

PALMERSTON – The Norwell District Secondary school junior boys volleyball team travelled to Shelburne to compete in the District 4 playoff tournament on Nov. 7.

“After a tough regular season, the boys went into the tourney as underdogs but through some excellent play and a resilient attitude, the boys knocked off Westside 3-0 in the semifinals and then beat Emmanuel Christian 3-1 in the finals to capture the D4 Championship,” team officials stated. “Congratulations to all the members of the team on a great performance.”
