JOHNSTON, Leslie “Dick”; Passed away unexpectedly on July 23, 2015 at Groves Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family, in his 79th year. Loving husband and best friend to Nancy Johnston. Proud father of his children Steve (Cindy) Johnston, Kathy (Gary) Leitch, Dave (Lecia) Johnston and Liana (Sam) Woods. Special “Poppa Dick” to his grandchildren Adam Anderson, Ryan and Erica Johnston and Cole and Amber Woods as well as great granddaughter Hailey Anderson. Survived by his brother Snoz (Hazel) Johnston, sister-in-law Marlene (Grant) Goodwin and brother-in-law Ron (Helen) Shore. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Minnie Johnston and inlaws Len  and Dolly Shore. Brothers Jack and Bill Johnston as well as sisters Dorothy Young and Marj Boyer. Visitation took place at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 37 Church St, Elora on Sunday, July 26th, 2015 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm and Monday, July 27, 2015 from 11:00 – 12:00 pm. A funeral service took place in the Funeral Home chapel on Monday, July 27th, 2015 at 12:00 pm.
